Our holofoil products may have minor scratches, surface marks, print variations, or other small imperfections. These are a normal characteristic of the production and finishing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Fan-Made & Unofficial Products

Certain products sold in this shop are unofficial, fan-made, parody, or inspired collectible items.

These products are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party intellectual property owners, including Riot Games or Riftbound.

Any third-party names, trademarks, characters, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Where applicable, names and designs may be intentionally altered for customization, parody, or creative purposes.

4. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please carefully review your product selection before completing your purchase.

Some products feature slightly altered names for customization and creative purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have selected the correct product before placing their order.

6. Shipping & Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days.

Orders are shipped every Monday.

Because this is a small, independently operated shop, occasional delays may occur. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered for incorrect items, significant damage during shipping, or substantial manufacturing defects.

Minor scratches, surface marks, print variations, and other disclosed imperfections are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
