Thank you for supporting our small, independently run shop! Each order is packed and shipped personally, so please allow a little extra time for processing.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received.

As this shop is independently operated, processing times may occasionally take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped every Monday.

Depending on when your order is placed and processed, it may be held until the next scheduled shipping day. Please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery time.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee against delays, loss, or damage during transit. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

For damaged packages, please retain the original packaging and provide photos of the package and item when contacting us.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
